Can I hand over my apartment if I don't live in Nice?
That's exactly why we exist. The majority of our owners do not live in Nice: they live abroad or elsewhere in France and entrust their property to us remotely. How does your commission work?
Our fee is a percentage of your rental income. Cleaning and linen costs are paid directly by your guests through the platform. If your property doesn't rent, you owe us nothing.
Who manages the guests on a daily basis?
We handle everything end-to-end: booking requests, welcome, in-stay support and check-out. You have zero interaction to manage with your guests. Delegate, relax: peace of mind is our commitment.
What happens if there's a problem or damage?
It can happen: a broken item, a stain, a more serious incident. Zero risk doesn't exist. What changes with us: you don't have to deal with it yourself. We intervene directly, keep you informed, and defend your interests with Airbnb to activate the platform's guarantees.
Do you accept all types of properties?
No. We have deliberately chosen to remain a human-scale concierge: fewer properties, more attention. We specialise in quality apartments in Nice, for 2 to 6 guests, well maintained, in good buildings. If your property doesn't match our criteria, we will tell you clearly and honestly.
