Émilie replies personally to find out more about your property. If your apartment fits our approach, we arrange a visit: a tour, a conversation about your expectations, and an overview of our packages. No commitment is expected at this stage.
Is my apartment eligible?
We are selective about the properties we manage. We work with quality apartments in Nice, for 2 to 6 guests, well located and properly equipped. If you're unsure, contact us: we will give you an honest answer.
How quickly will you reply?
Émilie personally replies to every message within 24 hours, Monday to Saturday. For a faster response, message us directly on WhatsApp.
I don't live in Nice: is that a problem?
Not at all. The majority of our owners live outside Nice, often abroad. That's precisely why you need us: full delegation, no need to travel.
