What's the difference between Standard and Premium?
Both packages include full listing management, 7-day guest communication, check-in, consumables, cleaning coordination, linen coordination, maintenance and emergency handling.
Premium adds two key advantages: 5-star hotel linen provided by us (sheets, towels...) refreshed every stay, and professional photography included on setup. With Standard, you supply your own linen (3 sets required) and usable photos.
How do cleaning and linen fees work on Airbnb?
Guests pay cleaning and linen fees directly through Airbnb. You receive these fees, and we invoice separately. You don't advance anything. This applies to both Standard and Premium packages.
Can I use my apartment whenever I want?
Absolutely. Your property remains yours. Simply let us know when you want to block your calendar, or do it directly on Airbnb.
What if my property doesn't get booked?
No fixed fees, no commission on zero. Our fee is exclusively based on a percentage of the income generated. If your property doesn't rent, you owe us nothing.
